Simon has worked in the financial services industry since 1985 and set up Mortgage & Money Management in 1996. Apart from being the Company Director he is also one of our advisors. He is based within our Head Office in Puckeridge.
Tom joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2009 after previous experience at mortgage lenders, mortgage packagers and a conveyancing firm. Fully qualified adviser based in the Puckeridge office and lives in Sandy, Bedfordshire and can cover the A1 and the A10 corridor. Specialising in mortgages including residential, help to buy, shared ownership and buy to let. Tom will also review all of your mortgage & lifestyle protection needs.
Edd joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2010 after gaining experience in different areas of the financial services industry. Qualified adviser, covering the 3 branches of Oliver Minton Estate Agents; in Puckeridge, Stanstead Abbotts & Roydon
Oliver joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2016 as an apprentice, has since become a full time employee and gained full CeMAP qualification. He is now a fully qualified broker and operates out of our head office in Puckeridge.
Freddie joined Mortgage & Money Management in early 2019 as an apprentice and is working towards his full CeMAP qualification. He is currently a case manager, working as part of our admin team to assist clients mortgage and protection applications and ensure everything progresses as efficiently as possible.
Emma joined Mortgage & Money Management in the summer of 2019 as an administrator and case manager. Emma’s previous industry experience as a mortgage broker gives her the ability to efficiently progress cases to completion. She also assists with the general running of the back office.
Dave joined Mortgage & Money Management in 2004 and has over 15 years experience in the mortgage and protection industry. Dave is committed to providing clients with the best advice for their circumstances throughout Essex and nationwide. Dave has also been working in conjunction with Patterson Hawthorn Estate agents since 2004 dealing with their client’s property purchases. A keen golfer and if he isn’t in the office, you will find him on the golf course. Dave has a proven track record of placing mortgages and protection for many years and you can be assured he will look after your needs in these areas for years to come.
Jack has been an administrator with Mortgage & Money Management since 2016. Jack started off as an administrative apprentice and quickly rose the ranks and a gained a well-deserved promotion to a full-time administrator. Jack manages all mortgage applications and always keeps clients updated with the progression of cases. Jack is currently building his knowledge of the financial services industry and is on the career path towards becoming an advisor.
Leona joined Mortgage & Money Management in late 2018 having previously worked for an estate agent as a sales negotiator for several years. As a result, Leona has a great understanding of the buying and selling process which enables her to give sound advice with the clients she speaks too. Leona is keen to look after our clients and is focusing on the protection applications for the Essex office.
